Dear Subscriber, welcome to REVISTA OPINIÓN JURÍDICA

Please fill in the subscription form (either typewriting or clear and legible print letter), with no erasures or signs of corrections.

I. GENERAL DATA

• Surnames and Given Names: Write following this order: First surname, second surname, and given name, according to the order displayed in your identification card.
• Identification number: Complete identification number.
• Address: Please indicate with an "X" the address to which you want the journal to be sent: complete address and corresponding telephone number.
• Municipality: Please write the name of city/municipality of your address.
• State: Please write the name of the state/department of the address where the journal will be sent.
• Country: Please write the name of the country where you reside.
• Date: Please write the date on which subscription is being completed, starting with day and followed by the month and the year.
