Perspectivas en Nutrición Humana is a biannual academic journal whose aim is to publish research studies concerning dietetics, nutrition and related specializations for an audience consisting of, primarily, Dieticians, Nutritionist, researchers, students and field professional that make use of the knowledge presented in this journal, in all the regions of Colombia and other Latino American countries. The Journal is issued semi-annually with a print run of 300 copies.
