SOCIO-DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE OF DISPLACED POPULATION IN ANTIOQUIA

Este artículo recoge los principales resultados de una investigación orientada a la realización de una caracterización sociodemográfica de la población víctima del desplazamiento en Antioquia. Con el propósito de realizar un ejercicio rigurosos que permitiese recoger las condiciones de vida de esta población, el equipo investigador diseñó una estrategia metodológica a partir del cruce de distintas bases de datos oficiales. Tal estrategia permitió realizar la caracterización sobre datos fiables, actualizados y verificables en más de la tercera parte de la población.

This article contains the main results of a research oriented to the carrying out of a demographic characterization of the population victim of displacement in Antioquia. In order to carry out a rigorous exercise that would pick up the conditions of life of this population, the research team designed a methodological strategy starting from the crossing of different official databases. Such a strategy enabled the characterization of reliable, up-to-date and verifiable data on more than the third part of the population.

HORIZONTALITY, EXPRESSION, AND SHARED KNOWLEDGE: AN APPROACH ON PSYCHOSOCIAL PROCESSES OF ACCOMPANIMENT TO VICTIMS OF POLITICAL VIOLENCE IN COLOMBIA

El siguiente artículo plantea una discusión profunda sobre los procesos de intervención psicosocial con víctimas de violencia política, a la luz de sus relatos de vida en un contexto de investigación sobre el papel de la memoria en la reconstrucción del tejido social. La categoría de lo psicosocial surgió como emergente de estos relatos de vida y grupos de discusión y posibilitó una mirada crítica a procesos de intervención que se realizan en Colombia, desde la voz y el testimonio de los y las participantes. Finalmente, recoge desde esta misma voz, la de la gente, propuestas y formas de acción que impliquen una revisión a los modelos individualistas, patologizantes, verticales, tecnócratas y burocráticos de la acción, para proponer acciones integrales y sistémicas de recuperación de la dignidad y transformación subjetiva desde la participación, diálogo de saberes, expresión lúdica y performativa, relaciones horizontales, apoyo mutuo y construcción de ciudadanía y subjetividad de derechos.

The following article presents a deep discussion about the processes of psychosocial intervention with victims of polítical violence, in the light of their life stories in a context of research on the role of memory in the reconstruction of the social fabric. The category of the psychosocial emerged as a result of these life stories and discussion groups and allowed a critical look at the intervention processes that take place in Colombia, from the voice and the testimony of the participants. Finally, it also collects proposals from this same voice, that of the people, and forms of action involving a revision to the individualistic, pathological, vertical, technocratic, and bureaucratic models of the action, to propose comprehensive and systemic actions for the recovery of dignity and the subjective transformation from participation, dialogue of knowledge, playful and performative expression, and horizontal relationships, mutual support and construction of citizenship and subjectivity of rights.

SOCIAL MOVEMENTS: PLACES OF STRUGGLE AND SUBJECT CONSTRUCTION

El presente artículo fruto de un ardua investigación tiene como propósito re-conocer el sentido - pedagógico y político - del "estar juntos", e interpretar los procesos, las herramientas y las tareas de carácter formativo y político de las organizaciones sociales que conforman y/o potencian la construcción de la Coalición de Movimientos Sociales en Colombia.

This article which is the fruit of an arduous research aims to re-knowing - pedagogical and polítical--sense of "being together", and to interpret the processes, tools, and tasks of formative and polítical character of the social organizations that comprise and/or enhance the construction of the Coalition of Social Movements in Colombia.

THE READING OF CONTEXT: POPULAR EDUCATION AS A LIBERTARIAN PRACTICE

El presente artículo de investigación pretende presentar la Educación Popular como una dinámica de la tradición pedagógica y movimiento cultural, resaltando su carácter diverso, multidireccional, no deductivo, es decir que, no existe un momento fundacional en el que se propusieron unos principios generales, unas bases conceptuales o doctrinales, desde las cuales se generaron unas prácticas pedagógicas y políticas posteriores y lo que ha existido es una suerte de campo educativo - popular donde existen diferentes perspectivas de lo popular.

This research article seeks to present the concept of popular education as a dynamic of pedagogical tradition and cultural movement, emphasizing its diverse, multidirectional, nondeductive character; that is to say, that there is not a foundational moment in which some general principles, conceptual or doctrinal foundations, were set out, from which subsequent polítical and pedagogical practices were generated and what there has been is a sort of popular educational field -where there are different perspectives of what is popular.

THE SOCIAL EMPOWERMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, AND INNOVATION AND THE INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AGENCIES

La ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación son elementos claves para el desarrollo económico y social de un país, sin embargo no son tema de amplia discusión desde la cooperación internacional para el desarrollo, es por ello, teniendo presente la importancia que ha cobrado la transmisión y masificación de ese conocimiento propuesta por Colciencias a través de la apropiación social de la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Innovación, interesa conocer cuáles han sido los aportes de las instituciones de cooperación internacional en América latina en general y cuales los posibles retos para Colombia.

Science, technology, and innovation are key elements for economic and social development in a country; however they are not a wide discussion topic from international cooperation for development. That is why, bearing in mind the importance that the transmission and the massification of that knowledge have gained, and which is proposed by Colciencias through the social empowerment of science, technology, and innovation; it is interesting to know which contributions the institutions of international cooperation have had in Latin America, in broad terms, as well as the general potential challenges that Colombia has to face.

CONCEPTIONS OF POLITICS AND ITS IMPLICATIONS ON CIVIL SERVICE: ABOUT THE FUNDAMENTALS OF PUBLIC DECISIONS

El artículo resultado de investigación, presenta tres concepciones acerca de la política y su relación con la gestión pública cada una de ellas corresponde a uno de los enfoques acerca del poder y sus implicaciones en la GP. Se argumenta que un enfoque que asuma los componentes estratégicos y comunicativos respecto a la política puede darle una orientación viable, a la vez que social e incluyente, a la conducción de los asuntos públicos y a la toma de decisiones por parte de autoridades y funcionarios. Se trata de del deber ser de la GP que se oriente por fines colectivos y por criterios democráticos y de inclusión, en contraste con los que sostienen posiciones unilaterales, ya sea desde la dominación y la imposición, o desde la idea reguladora del consenso no coactivo.

This article being the result of a research presents three conceptions about politics and its relationship with civil service. Each conception corresponds to one of the approaches about power and its implications on civil service. It is argued that an approach that assumes strategic and communicative components regarding politics, can provide a viable orientation; both social and inclusive, conducive to public affairs and to decision-making by authorities and officials. It deals with what the civil service should be and how it should be guided, for the sole benefit of the collective purposes, and by democratic criteria and inclusion, in contrast with those who support unilateral positions, either from domination and imposition, or from the regulatory idea of non-coercive consensus.

COLONIZATION OF NATURE: AN APPROACH FROM EXTRACTIVISM IN COLOMBIA

Este artículo de investigación pretende brindar elementos de análisis sobre el complejo tema de la colonización de la naturaleza. En él se hace una argumentación descriptiva basada hallazgos teóricos sobre las relaciones entre el extractivismo, una práctica propia del dispositivo colonial, y lo que aquí denominamos colonización de la naturaleza. El artículo presenta inicialmente un balance del impacto en la configuración de la visión-apropiación ancestral del territorio y su contenido cultural, a raíz de la imposición de una nueva semántica, en referencia al dispositivo de poder colonial. Luego, se analiza la relación del extractivismo con el proceso de colonización de la naturaleza, para finalmente esbozar una reflexión breve vinculando contextos y problemas contemporáneos.

This research paper aims at providing some elements of analysis on the complex issue of the colonization of nature. In it a descriptive argument is carried out based on theoretical findings on the relationships between extractivism, which is a proper practice of the colonial device, and what is here called colonization of nature. The article initially presents an assessment of the impact on the configuration of the ancestral vision and appropriation of the territory and its cultural contents, as a result of the imposition of a new semantics, in reference to the device of the colonial powers. Then, the relationship between extractivism and the process of colonization of nature is analyzed; to finally sketch a brief reflection, by linking contemporary issues and contexts.

JÜRGEN MOLTMANN: AN APPROACH TO THE THEOLOGY OF THE CROSS

El presente artículo de investigación pretende mostrar una recuperación temática que resalta no solo la gran importancia que la cruz posee, per se, para todos aquellos que se asumen cristianos, sino que robustece, amplía y actualiza para el hombre actual a la teología de la cruz moltmaniana en diálogo con la filosofía.

This research article aims to show a recovery theme that highlights not only the great importance of the cross, per se, for those who are assumed to be Christian, but strengthens, expands, and updates for the modern man to the theology of the Moltmannian cross, in dialogue with philosophy.
