This article' main interest lies in clarifying MIT's analytical proposal(Masachusetts Institute of Technology), inspired by the strategic options' concept for studying work relationships and the fundamental finding resulting from different research by MIT's team are dealt with first. A brief presentation of the Dunlop systems' approach is the given, as this is the model which the MIT tem wishes to improve on, The main concepts and premises regarding the actors' strategic options are looked at and some of this proposal's weaknesses are briefly given.
