MATURANA, Diana    ANDRADE, Verónica. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE FORMALITY DEGREE OF HUMAN MANAGEMENT PRACTICES AND THE PRODUCTIVITY OF MSMEs. REVIEW ARTICLE. []. , 29, 74, pp.101-113. ISSN 0121-5051.  https://doi.org/10.15446/innovar.v29n74.82091.

This article seeks to find whether there is a relationship between the degree of formality of human resource management (HRM) practices and MSMES productivity. For this purpose, we made a review through a study of metrics of 42 publications that shows that MSMES consider the implementation of certain HRM processes according to the sector they belong. It was concluded that the relationship between productivity and HRM practices is indirect, with a particular focus on efficiency in the workplace. It was also found that although the formalization of HRM practices is a key factor for productivity it does not guarantee better results regarding productive performance.
