The evaluation has been done through Principles-Criteria Indicators PCI weighted and qualify with the same community from a participative rural approach. As it has been mention, the World Social Forum related to Economic Forum with the position “Of another development (sustainable) is possible”, it is easy to understand that it should be measured from different perspectives where the economic production return from rural, social and environmental. Henceforth, the present evaluates sustainability with criteria and indicators as a result of a participative process, and although those criteria and indicators do not achieve the idea to dominate the external conditions that affect in a certain way the coffee agro-ecosystems, those criteria encourage finca-hogar support.
