ROMAN MUNOZ, Olga Herminda. Micro-violence in the workplace, a daily practice of the exercise of the power of management in organizations -An urgent reflection in times of reconciliation-. []. , 33, pp.237-262. ISSN 1657-6357.  https://doi.org/10.25100/sye.v0i33.5631.

The purpose of this research is to identify expressions of micro-violence at the workplace, which are presented in different types of companies, which constitute a daily practice of the exercise of power and management domination at any organizational level. Through a perception survey that addresses several expressions of micro-violence at work, it was determined that this type of practice is very frequent and that, in addition, they go unnoticed because they are considered "normal" within the organization. The above helps to generate and transmit more violence towards the environment. From these results a series of reflections is exposed for discussion in times of peace and reconciliation; considering the duty that management must forge a pleasant work environment to maintain the mental and physical health of its collaborators, as well as to promote an integral development to the organization under the principles of ethics and social responsibility.
