The increase of flexibilization to the labor law in Colombia through the sub-hiring of services with associated-work cooperatives has generated a heated controversy over the past years. Consequently, the National Government once again regulated that activity through decree 4588 of 2006 in order to increment efficiency levels in its vigilance and control, making it necessary to analyze such a regulatory framework in order to watch over its operative future and the efficiency of the adopted measurements in achieving a suitable transparent use on behalf of those institutions.
