Alcohol consumption is highly prevalent in society and affects all countries regardless of their socio-cultural or economic status. Chronic use is one of the main factors related to the health status of individuals. Among his most notable consequences is the fact that the abusive drinker can cause, for violent behavior, damage to the people around them and third parties involved as well as personal injury, affecting all in society as a whole. Highlight the potential implications for violent behaviors and binge drinking associated with alcohol or other drugs. From a medical-legal standpoint, it is important to highlighting cases that because its gravity and importance generate conflict in the courts, with impact on the Spanish Court.
