The scheme envisages competition in conduct contrary, the existence of abusive behavior by a trader who holds a dominant position within a relevant market. This behavior usually involves the exercise of unilateral conduct aimed at determining aspects related to the functioning of the market. In this letter the typological structure position domain abuse in light of the doctrine and jurisprudence of the competition authority in Spain.
