^les^aEl presente artículo explorará la solución de vacíos a ciertas situaciones que ocurren en diferentes casos de inasistencia a audiencias de conciliación extrajudicial en derecho, celebradas al amparo de la ley 640 de 2001 en asuntos de Derecho Privado. Para la solución de los casos concretos, se recurrirá al método integrativo del derecho, con la idea de que de las mismas fuentes del derecho directas, fuertes, auxiliares o suaves, surgen soluciones sobre circunstancias disímiles que pueden acaecer en los eventos reales o aparentes de inasistencia De igual manera, como aporte del documento se introduce también la respuesta a quién es el encargado de calificar la inasistencia como injustificada en el marco de la audiencia de conciliación extrajudicial en Derecho. Todas las respuestas otorgadas a la temática en el presente texto, corresponden al sentido integrativo interpretativo del autor^len^aThis paper will explore the solution to legal-empties for the resolution of certain situations that occur in the case of failure to attend out-court legal conciliation hearings under the act 640 of 2001 in relation of matter of Private Law. For the solution of concrete cases shall be referred to the law′s integrative method, under the idea that the same sources of direct, hard, auxiliary or soft law solutions on disparate circumstances arise that may happen in the actual events or apparent absence of the parts. Similarly, as a contribution of the response document, is the answer to the question who is responsible for classifying the absence as unjustified as part of the audience of extra court conciliation in law? All answers given to the subject in this text, obey the integrative interpretative sense of the author.
