Se analizó el desarraigo de los jóvenes del sector rural de Caldas víctimas del desplazamiento forzado. A partir de las categorías desarraigo y re-arraigo se establece un catálogo axiológico constitucional de los derechos fundamentales, los principios Francis Deng y de los derechos humanos vulnerados.

Los jóvenes no desean regresar a sus lugares de origen por el ostracismo al que se enfrentan y la imposibilidad de reintegración familiar y social. El enfoque de la investigación fue el histórico hermenéutico desde la revisión documental y entrevistas donde, los principios rectores del desplazamiento interno permitieron examinar sus principales motivaciones, necesidades e impacto.

The uprooting of young people from the rural sector of Caldas, victims of forced displacement, was analyzed. Based on the categories uprooting and re-rooting, a constitutional axiological catalog of fundamental rights is established, the Francis Dengprinciples and of the violated human rights. The young people do not wish to return to their places of origin because of the ostracism they face and the impossibility of family and social reintegration. The approach of the research was the historical hermeneutic from the documentary review and interviews where the guiding principles of internal displacement allowed to examine their main motivations, needs and impact.
