One of the areas in which human resource management must support companies is in fulfilling their social responsibility. This research aims to find evidence of this relationship based on a theoretical perspective and a comparison of a set of Colombian companies. We performed a triangulation of both quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection. We carried out an analysis of the validity and reliability of information, and used cluster techniques to analyze the information, and complemented them with descriptive and qualitative techniques, such as discourse analysis.
