ERNESTO L. RAVELO CONTRERAS *

* Editor

Maintaining a high scientific quality of the published articles and extending the coverage of our authors have been the features and best interests of Acta Colombiana de Psicología. The present issue of this serial scientific publication makes available to our readers prominent national papers from the Catholic University of Colombia, the Universidad de San Buenaventura at Medellín, the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, at Bucaramanga; the Fundación Oftalmológica de Santander- Clínica Carlos Ardila Lulle (FOSCAL), the Universidad de los Andes, the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana at Cali, the Universidad del Valle, the Universidad Externado de Colombia and the Corporación Nuevos Rumbos. Similarly, there are international papers from Saint Peter's College, United States; from the Instituto de Terapia Cognitivo Conductual, Mexico D. F.; from the Universitat de Girona, Spain; from the Universidad Intercultural de Chiapas, Mexico, and from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), the Universidade São Francisco, the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and the Faculdades Integradas de Jaú e UNOESTE, Brazil.

We want to seize the opportunity to maintain the invitation to establish agreements or collaborative activities, both nationally and internationally, between Acta Colombiana de Psicología and agencies, journals and research groups. This is to ensure the building of genuine contribution networks that strengthen referees and authors, expand coverage and citation, among others, and reinforce relationships, not just for the visibility of knowledge, but for the production of it.

As mentioned in a previous issue of Acta, such collaborative activities will allow, by means of recognized indices and relevant databases, to carry out bibliometric analysis based on indicators such as percentage of scientific papers, total number of documents per year, evolution of production by institution and author, number of references, percentage of national and international references, number of documentation citations, total number of authors per year, number of articles per country and average of papers per year, among others. We take this opportunity to thank all the authors of the articles, the research groups and networks, our referees, the members of the Editorial and Scientific Committees, and the methodological, statistical, technical and style reviewers.

Thank you very much.
