Abstract

Communication theory -as an argumentative theory of every communication relation- becomes the basis of the reason of organization communication. This is a reflection article which refers to a hermeneutic perspective of communicative conflicts of Eduardo Arredondo Daza Hospital of Valledupar city, which force a theoretical analysis from an explanatory and interpretative look. What is institutional does not exclude what is participative, however, it is the key factor through which empowering process of different agents are achieved, being participation the qualitative socio humanistic way more coherent for the adaptation of scenarios and dialogic environments socially shared.
