This paper deals with the problems of antinomies in procedural law in relation to the principle of adjective good faith. This, on the occasion of the recent incorporation to the Chilean procedural legal system of the Law of Electronic Processing that expressly contains the institute and also mentions within the figures contrary to the principle, to the own acts.
