In order to make lucrative cultural aspects of life (usually related with anthropo-logical, ludic or artistic approaches) in recent years, there has increased concern and, speeches, about cultural organizations and cultural entrepreneurship. As a consequence of this boom in cultural management speeches, there have appeared movements against them then, there is prevention about more comprehensive views of management that could be useful. Some, in favor of this speeches, are be-tween skepticism on business sustainability and, the maintenance of the essence about what cultural heritage symbolizes.

This paper evaluates the scientific production around the concept of organization and cultural heritage in Colombia, mainly because the term organization (not company or enterprise), reveals a more inclusive management perspecti-ve. This, required a systematic review in major publications. There were found just 8 papers containing the terms of interest. Finally, the word Organization is unusual, being more frequent Private institution or Company. It is expected an increasing of additional research, and transdisciplinary work about cultural heritage organization.
