This study used expert judgment to establish the content validity of a questionnaire that addressed five dimensions of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in education: resistance to change, ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and intention to take innovative actions. In the methodology, its content validity was determined by seven experts who assessed each of its items based on the following criteria: coherence, clarity, relevance, and scale. Their qualitative observations were taken into account, and their inter-rater agreement was determined based on the Fleiss Kappa and Aiken V coefficients, as well as reliability and internal consistency. The test results presented optimal validity and reliability coefficients. In addition, strong agreement (from moderate to almost perfect) was obtained in each dimension. Some of the criteria with the highest coefficients were relevance and scale, with a Fleiss Kappa equivalent to 1,000. In terms of statistical significance, all the criteria showed p = 0.000. Regarding internal consistency, the values obtained were above 0.989, which is considered high. It is concluded that the questionnaire is reliable and valid; can be applied in the Colombian context; and can be replicated in other Latin American nations to favor innovative education using ICTs.
