Abstract

MACEDO RODRIGUEZ, Gustavo. The infinite activity of the ego in Johann Gottlieb Fichte's wissenschaftslehre from 1794-1795. Ideas y Valores [online]. 2017, vol.66, n.163, pp.65-79. ISSN 0120-0062.  https://doi.org/10.15446/ideasyvalores.v66n163.49431.

The article analyzes the concept of infinite activity of the ego developed in the 17941795 Grundlage der gesamten Wissenschaftslehre. It highlights the great relevance of this concept for the reconstruction of Fichte's theory of self-consciousness, as it reveals the internal structure of the ego's activity and its relation to concepts such as those of reflection and initial impulse (Anstoβ), all of which provides important elements for the understanding of the system.

Keywords : J. G. Fichte; Anstoβ; self-consciousness; ego.
