this text aims to develop an academic proposal regarding the responsibility that concerns the organization of the state for the occurrence of the lawful administrative act in Colombia, reaching a concrete conclusion, which will be built based on the assessment ofjurisprudential precedents, as well as the doctrinal positions that have been applied in our environment. The intellectual exercise sought demands that criteria such as the so-called special sacrifice be analyzed, which serves as an autonomous basis for the responsibility of the State.
