This article addresses the benefits of the Universal Design for Learning -DUA- from the guiding activities in the educational process of preschool children. The methodology used is the proposal of systematization of educational experiences proposed by Jara-Holliday (2018). In relation to the findings, it was found that the strategy implemented diversifies learning, enhancing the attention and motivation of students, especially because of the materials and resources used, which involve different sensory channels. It was also found that inclusive education -in the absence of clear educational policies- can emerge as a vital element of educational practice that must be strengthened; finally, this type of activity enhances the socio-affective dimension of all actors in the teaching and learning process.
