The consumption of the inhabitants of the region of the Rio Sponge-cake, in Sonorous Mexico, meets strongly influenced by his climatological, commercial conditions and of road links. By means of the archaeological investigation of two messes of the first half of the 20th century more than these he could have understood the documentary analysis of what way these factors were influencing the life of the inhabitants of the Desert of Sonorous.
