Abstract

In this article, we discuss the characteristics of the employment dura tion for young people in Cali 2012-2013. Our results show that the Afro-descendent female youth and those residing in communas or slums have a higher probability of unemployment duration. On the other hand we analyze how ethnicity, women, location in a specific "Comuna", Migrant status impacts the probability of NEET conditions (Not in Employment, Education or Training).
