This article aims to highlight the challenges of business management in terms of mental health in Colombia, under the scenario of the fourth industrial revolution. The methodological design primarily covers the qualitative approach, employing a review of intellectual production, treated through the content analysis technique. The main results show that unfortunately in the country, most organizations are still in the second industrial revolution, and therefore, at the current rate, these new technologies may not be incorporated effectively into work. There are several challenges in order to enhance the use of these technologies hand in hand with the mental health care of employees, highlighting the need to: diagnose the current stage in relation to the use of technologies and application of care practices Mental health; provide greater support to the collaborator to reduce the development of psychosocial risks; and integrate mental health with the use of new technologies, understanding their impact as catalysts for productivity and harmony in the company.
