The emotional regulation has shown the importance and the influence that exert on several areas of individual development, especially on social performance during childhood. The work about emotional regulation of swimmers of younger category (6 to 12 years old) of the academy COMPENSAR, is made under the modality of playful-pedagogical works. The work is focused in try that the young sportsman acquire the capacity to anticipate and to evaluate the results of his reactions of emotions negative and positive product of sport encounter, like victories, losses, injuries own the sport process.
