Abstract

SOLARI, Enzo. Zubiri about religion. Franciscanum [online]. 2014, vol.56, n.161, pp.51-98. ISSN 0120-1468.

Although the philosophy of religion has developed outside of that Spanish-speaking tradition, the case of Zubiri is an exception to this rule. His philosophy is indeed an elaborate phenomenology of religion that above all analyzes the primordial relegation of the human being to the reality, just as its ulterior intellectual displays. But it is also a metaphysics of religion, that faces the difficulties that oppose to the coherence of theism and tries to argue different feasible ways to God's existence.

Keywords : Phenomenology; religation; theism; intelligence; metaphysics.
