DONATO R., Oscar Mauricio. Who makes war, does not make love. A comment on Lisistrata by Aristophanes. Franciscanum [online]. 2019, vol.61, n.172, pp.5-5.  Epub Jan 18, 2021. ISSN 0120-1468.  https://doi.org/10.21500/01201468.4459.

This text intends to interpret the mentioned work of the Athenian comedian focusing on the relationship among war - Eros - peace. The hypothesis that we want to mark off indicates that for Aristophanes the man is in a paradoxical situation state regarding war, since he cannot live without desire, but it is desire that also leads to war
