The care plan was based on the NANDA (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association) diagnoses, the interventions from the Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC) and outcomes from the Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC). The improvement in compliance behavior was obtained as a result, evidenced by the change in the score of the indicators in the realization of the therapeutic regimen as prescribed, it was observed that the person improved pharmacological and non-pharmacological adherence to the established treatment, going from rarely demonstrated (2) - sometimes shown (3).
