This paper discusses the process of matching job openings and unemployed individuals in the city of Santiago de Cali using panel data from 1994 to 2000 and data from the Public Service of Employment of SENA. The results show increasing returns in the matching function with regard to the performance areas under the coding used by the National Classification of Occupations.
