This document analyzes the cultural and profile cultural influence on the organizational climate of organizations located at Iztapalapa's area, in México City . The approach to the culture and the organizational climate was done by organizational analyses and comparative case study about medium enterprises looking for the degree of association between the culture, the organizational climate and the relationship with the management style in the definition of the labour climate. The results recognize the specificities and particular characteristics of some Mexican enterprises, and provide analysis tools that allow a better understanding of the enterprises in Mexico . The approach to the organizational climate allows an understanding of factors related with work satisfaction and the problems small and medium Mexican enterprises (PYMES) have to face.
