The objective of this study was to determine how the organizational culture influences the sustainability of companies, applied to the case of the ceramic tile industry in Tlaxcala Mexico. The methodology consisted of applying the criteria of Denison’s culture model and the sustainable development model of Carro, Reyes, Rosano and Garnica, towards the Sustainable Development Goals. For that end, an instrument was designed and applied, and a diagnostic in the perception of the factors through an inferential statistics was made. The results revealed that the organizational culture has a decisive influence only in the social and institutional dimensions, concluding that it is necessary to develop strategies so that the dimensions of sustainability are considered substantive axes within the corporate culture.
