This paper aims at analyzing the influence that organizational learning disabilities have on organizational learning styles in MSMEs based in Bogotá (Colombia) and performing a comparative analysis with the findings in the city of Durango (Mexico). To this end, an instrument was administered to a random sample of 386 companies in Bogotá and 28 linear regression models were developed. Statistically significant evidence was found for the influence of organizational learning disabilities on learning styles in the companies studied. Additionally, blindness and naivety were found to be the most prominent organizational disabilities in both cities.
