Sincelejo is painted in colours is a creative, sustainable and innovative bet of the Architectural Consultory of the Caribbean University Corporation (CECAR), in which university students, teachers and people from the community carry out interventions to transform the locative conditions of some establishments and public spaces of the city. The article presents the intervention carried out in the Industrial Technical Educational Institution, headquarters El Pinar in Sincelejo (department of Sucre), in which, through the use of coloured paint and recyclable materials, the aim was to improve the quality of life and locative environmental condition in the educational community.
