Abstract

MUNOZ MORAN, ÓSCAR. WHAT THE FORM TELLS US. ETHNOGRAPHY OF INDIGENOUS LOCAL ARCHIVES. Rev. colomb. antropol. [online]. 2010, vol.46, n.2, pp.353-377. ISSN 0486-6525.

The diachronic component is a common field in much of the anthropological research  in recent years. Today has been calling for the need for ethnography of local forms, rather than the content, used to signify the own history, including the archives. On these pages one will find a tour of how certain archives have become into comunal structures to interpret the past and social activity.

Keywords : history; anthropology; archive; ethnography; purépechas; local knowledge.
