When establishing the strategic nature of the generic Tuning competences in the training processes of managers by the year 2032 in the city of Medellin, it is made evident that the competence emerges with an ontological sense, it evolves to the praxeological approach, and then, it integrates the two senses. In management, it is confirmed that professionalizing processes are privileged, the mastery of a foreign language is required, a commitment to the sociocultural environment is required, and the development of the ability to apply knowledge in practice is expected. It is considered that training is oriented to develop the creative ability; and a relevant indifference with respect to the ethical training and social responsibility is made evident.
