Abstract

The 2016 tax reform and the inclusion of items, which contribute to the achievement of financial processes must be addressed in order to consolidate peace, is a need that, if well managed, can bear favorable results to reach reconciliation, peace, democracy, and political stability after the armed conflict, which has lasted more than 60 years in the country.
