Abstract
PENA-ACUNA, Beatriz. Business Management Model: Neohumanism of advanced sociability. Hallazgos [online]. 2022, vol.19, n.37, pp.387-405. Epub Jan 01, 2022. ISSN 1794-3841. https://doi.org/10.15332/2422409x.7193.
This essay aims to review previous literature to describe and present a new and eclectic model that synthesizes a research career on business management. The research methodology is based on a specialized and current bibliographic review that supports the model, in turn, is built on a previous research. The results of this paradigm point to a leadership centered on the respect and development of the individual towards an advanced sociability that enables them to achieve business success and self-realization. We conclude that this leadership model, based on human qualities, is attainable in a technological society where the ability to provide new solutions is imperative.
