Modern agriculture considers nature as simple producer of natural resources and the intervention of man has become predatory already that the society is eager to exploit the resources as goods arise then these questions are discussing academically these processes in a complex way? What do the faculties or colleges and universities adequately address these issues? What is the careers of Agrarian Sciences consider the environment as complex system: natural and human, within an ecological society? These issues are discussed in this article, pretending to set a path of reflection proposal as a pioneer in the field colombian, considering the role of the professional in Agronomy and their contributions toward restoring Earth and addressing modern agriculture and agricultural discipline within the crisis current civilization; then, the conditions should favor the Colombian University to train qualified professionals are analyzed. It was found that a commitment to a comprehensive study of modern agriculture is necessary the agronomic discipline should be directed to the service of a culture of joy and recognition of others, and that the University can play a key role in shaping agronomists with complex thought. It is concluded that a cultural change is needed and it is not possible an ecologically sustainable relationship with the natural world without an ecological society.
