Citizen skills are those necessary to exercise, defend, and disseminate rights, participate in politics, and critically understand society, its institutions, and rules. To develop these skills comprehensively, the Negotiation Games Workshop proposes a series of challenges that make the student the actor responsible for their learning when analyzing and solving social problems. Based on a qualitative assessment, the research team seeks to answer the question about the effectiveness of such a workshop in developing citizen skills in a group of university students. The study shows a positive impact of the workshop on learning skills such as multiperspectivism and systemic thinking.
