Abstract

The skills to run a business of small business entrepreneurs, their negotiating skills and their intercultural competence in relation to business results were studied. The study was conducted in the area of the Mexican Bajio with a sample of 140 small entrepreneurs. A model was performed using structural equation using Amos. The results show an acceptable model indexes according to Rigdon (1996). It is shown a positive correlation between these variables so the model demonstrates that there exists a relationship between the competences of the administrator of small businesses and their results.
