SALAZAR DUQUE, Óscar. Relevance of the Theory of Chaos and Transdisciplinarity in Strategic Management. rev.univ.empresa [online]. 2017, vol.19, n.33, pp.137-161. ISSN 0124-4639. https://doi.org/10.12804/revistas.urosario.edu.co/empresa/a.5234.

Many display, in the midst of those manifestations, signs to be used as opportunities to rethink through innovation and the generation of new products and services, the direction of the organizations in an attempt to address the aspects of dissatisfaction of customers and other interested parties. The alternate and different look compared to the scenarios described, allows to overcome the paradigms of the traditional management by considering that the universe, the society and the organizations share as open systems a complex network of interdependent variables, generators of synergy, but also exposed to disorder and chaos that challenges business leaders to the design of management strategies with a transdisciplinary approach that allows them to view, intervene and minimize the undesirable effects that may threaten the stability and development of their institutions.
