Abstract

The goal of this paper is to identify, through conceptual analysis, the components that allow correlating culture and strategy in an organization. Through a cross impact-matrix relationships, we established and explained that culture is fundamental to strategy. We based the article on the bibliographical consultation of the concepts pro posed, indicating 112 references of one or more authors. By means of the synthesis of the obtained results, we fulfilled the offered objective and built the relationship matrix constituted in the contribution for the interested readers on this issue. The sociological perspective and the administration explain and sustain the relationship in each identified element, which allowed concluding by the established connection that organizational culture acts as a condition for the strategy to fulfill its purpose.
