Abstract

SANABRIA-RANGEL, Pedro Emilio. Towards the Construction of a Bioethical Management: Bio-management. rev.univ.empresa [online]. 2019, vol.21, n.37, pp.170-203. ISSN 0124-4639.  https://doi.org/10.12804/revistas.urosario.edu.co/empresa/a.6637.

In this paper, researchers explored the relationship between bioethics and administration within the framework of techno-scientific development. They made an analysis from the global bioethics through an interpretative, qualitative and exploratory study developed by a documentary analysis based on a narrative review of the literature. They examined the bioethics-administration approaches and the general context of global bioethics (complexity). In addition, they pointed out approaches and reviewed the possibility of establishing a bio-administration based on a reflection of the relevance of the relationship raised in a society marked by techno-science. Although there are approaches from one field to another, there is still no work that explicitly links them to constitute an administrative bioethics that allows understanding the general concepts of each and its links. Researchers concluded that it is possible to make a trans-disciplinary ethical link or approach (confluence between life and administration) for the understanding of the problems associated with the existence of the human being, the concept of life, the risks generated by techno-science and the revision of the postulates ethical in the context of manageable organizations.

Keywords : Ethic; bio-ethic; management; bio-management; global bio-ethic.
