This document presents an article related to the application of decision-making tools with the purpose of Simples), for which fuzzy logic or fuzzy mathematics with their respective procedures and selection criteria were used. The calculations were carried out with each of the following instruments: Hamming Distance Coefficient of Adequacy with and without convex weighting, Maximum and Minimum Level Index with convex weighting, the theory of forgotten effects, and the Profitability Threshold using the Excel®. The programs were considered good by the experts: Image, Reputation, Treatment, and Relationship, because the more relationship and treatment there is between managers and employees, the more rapport there will be at work, new ideas will be provided for the solution of problems, and the employee will feel identified with the company for taking them into account. On the other hand, the more reputation and image it has, the company will improve its quality service, not only in hospitalization on site but in all the services it offers.
