Abstract

This article describes the legal framework governing the constitutional role of the armed forces in order to give full effect to it, in each of the stages of the Colombian state, including clauses on military criminal jurisdiction, judicial procedure and disciplinary and Operational law Handbook, in order to contribute to the tasks deployed by members of the Military Forces they adhere to the principles of the rule of law, especially in the protection and respect of Human Rights and International Law of Human Rights.
