To this end, the State’s national interests are addressed. The specific interest of the integral management of water resources is analyzed, and the implications of water as a strategic natural resource in the social rule of law. It is concluded that the hydrostrategy provides a protection approach to the new threats to this resource, in articulation with the military strategy.
