In the cultural exchange landmark that Costa Rica is experiencing currently, it is possible to ensure that a reproduction of a sexual subject persists in childhood and adolescence functional to the adult-centered and heterosexual discursive within the framework of a plot of power relations. In this articule, a analysis of the construction of the sexual subject in childhood and adolescence is located in the Costa Rican electoral situation of 2018, during demonstrations related to the Affective and Sexuality Programs of the Ministry of Public Education in Costa Rica.
