Abstract

CRUZ RODRIGUEZ, Edwin. Towards a Good Living-Well Living. Rev. P+L [online]. 2014, vol.9, n.2, pp.11-22. ISSN 1909-0455.

A Good Living-Well Living reading is proposed in order to infer the principles that could constitute a different way of ethics that could be an alternative way to live in terms of the environmental crisis. The main argument is the fact that this ethical focus aims to build coexistence and complementarity relationships between human beings and between those human beings and the nature. This is expressed in giving up the "living better" view proclaimed by the developing paradigm, in a journey of the efficiency criterion towards sufficiency as a guiding principle for the action and in the act of quitting anthropocentrism and replacing it with a bio centric focus.

Keywords : good living; living well; ethics; coexistence; complementarity; environment.
