Abstract
GARCIA, NICOLÁS. PIGLIA AND MANSILLA: CITATION POLITICS. perifrasis. rev.lit.teor.crit. [online]. 2021, vol.12, n.24, pp.50-68. Epub July 29, 2021. ISSN 2145-8987. https://doi.org/10.25025/penfras¡s202112.24.03.
The quote and the proper name are autotelic elements of writing that point out the inexistence of something "outside of the text". These are dominant components in the aesthetics of two authors separated by the twentieth century and avantgarde's hinge: Lucio V. Mansilla and Ricardo Piglia. Considering that it is not possible to omit that a portion of the current critique of the first one has tended to link him with the literary issues of our time, taking advantage of the reality of updating interpretation practice, I consider the possibility of a continuity between these two writers' textual principles.
Keywords : Ricardo Piglia; Lucio V.Mansilla; quote; proper name; intertextuality.
