The reform (and unification) of the Civil and Commercial Code of Argentina in 2015, implied a series of important changes, such as the new regulations on the capacity of minors. The code establishes various degrees the principle of progressive capacity, considering the best interests of children and adolescents. the aim of this paper is to analyze these changes from the perspective of the decisions that these people can make about their own body. The objective is to highlight the juridical and ethical challenges.
